Medwyn Cellars is an independent cellar project born from a love of natural fermentation and collaboration. Each year’s work unfolds differently — blending local fruit, borrowed grape skins, and spontaneous yeast cultures.
We experiment at the intersection of cider and wine, bridging orchard and vineyard through careful fermentation and curiosity. Every release is unfiltered, wild, and alive.
The cellar’s namesake, Medwyn, nods to the local river Medwyn — a reminder that we are dependant on our environment and every bottle is influenced the land, the weather, and a bit of luck.
